It's a hot day indeed and we decided to come here for dinner after running some errands for the weekend.

Tucked in the heart of Tampines West, a fried chicken franchise business stalls, serving piping hot meals to hungry customers.  The flow of customers are pretty good at this time when we visited.  Overall, the business of this coffeeshop is pretty bustling during the weekends as families usually dine out to save the trouble of cooking.

We order a Happy Plate and Chicken Chop which was served within 15 minutes.

So here's our piping hot food!

Happy Plate (also known as Prosperity Plate in some stalls) is served with fries, coleslaw, garlic bread and 3 pieces of chicken of different parts (namely, wing, back and breast or it may vary).  The chicken are actually preliminarily fried before order, and at order, it's sent for a refry, thus giving it the golden fried look.

My wife's meal:  Chicken Chop with mushroom sauce (I love the way these sauces are set on pots and kept hot at the cooking area in the stall).  It's served with garlic bread, fries, coleslaw and baked beans.

I had a slice of the chicken and it's pretty well done.

The coleslaw aren't too creamy, yet sour enough to kerb the oily feeling off while sinking your teeth into these chicken meat.

The chicken is well done too; with the crispy crust combined with different taste when it comes to different parts of the chicken. The breastmeat was a little dry as the 2nd fry could have made it tougher.

Fries are a little dry but overall it's not overcooked and resulting in full crispy fries.

Each of these costs $6.50 each, and you get quite a filling meal.
